At LHOV you can choose to be delivered by the following methods:
- Chronopost: Home delivery (from 24 hours delay)
At a relay point (from 24 hours delay)
- Colissimo: At home with signature (from 48 hours delay)
At a relay point (from 48 hours delay)
For carts value greater than or equal to 100 euros, we offer free delivery by Chronopost mode at home or at a relay point.
LHOV delivers in mainland France, overseas departments and territories and internationally in European countries.
Here is the list of territories delivered by LHOV:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Finland, Metropolitan France, Greece, Guadeloupe, French Guyana, Ireland, Italy, Reunion, Luxembourg, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, Netherlands, French Polynesia, Portugal, United Kingdom ( UK), Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Pierre et Miquelon, Saint-Martin (French part), Sweden, French Southern Territories, Wallis and Fortuna.
When picking up your parcel by one of our logistics partners, an e-mail will be sent to you with the tracking number that you can use to find out the delivery status on the logistics company's website.
Payment Information
When shopping on our website, you can pay for your orders by two methods of payment:
- By credit card: several types of cards are accepted (VISA, Mastercard, American Express)
- By PAYPAL: for people who have a PAYPAL account, orders on our website can be paid for by this means of payment.
Les paiements s’effectuent via les serveurs sécurisés de nos partenaires, STIPE et PAYPAL, opérateurs de paiement sécurisé. Ceci implique qu’aucune information bancaire vous concernant ne transite via le site. Le paiement par carte bancaire et par compte PYAPAL sont donc complètement sécurisé.
How to offer LHOV products?
Each order is prepared with the utmost care. Your products can be presented in an elegant LHOV gift box. Finally, the invoice is sent only to the billing address and attached to the email confirming the dispatch of the order.
Orders and returns
Click on a product photo or name of the desired product to see more detailed information. To place an order, click on the "add to cart" icon.
By going to your cart, you can choose the quantity of each product to order. Then validate the order to be redirected to the account creation page or connection to an already existing account. You can then fill in the form with the required data and then fill in your delivery address. At the end of the procedure please choose the desired method of payment. Once the payment has been confirmed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order with the delivery details.
Jusqu’à l’étape « valider le paiement », vous pouvez modifier votre commande en cliquant sur la flèche retour en haut à gauche de l’écran ou en cliquant sur « Modifier mon panier ». Vous seriez alors redirigé vers votre panier où vous pourriez modifier le contenu de votre commande.
Once your order has been placed, it is impossible for us to cancel or modify it. In fact, the products are prepared quickly in order to guarantee the shortest delivery times. In the event of an error, we invite you to apply your legal withdrawal period upon receipt of your order and return it to us within 14 days for refund.
