At LHOV you can choose to be delivered by the following methods:

- Chronopost: Home delivery (from 24 hours delay)

At a relay point (from 24 hours delay)

- Colissimo: At home with signature (from 48 hours delay)

At a relay point (from 48 hours delay)

For carts value greater than or equal to 100 euros, we offer free delivery by Chronopost mode at home or at a relay point.

LHOV delivers in mainland France, overseas departments and territories and internationally in European countries.

Here is the list of territories delivered by LHOV:

When picking up your parcel by one of our logistics partners, an e-mail will be sent to you with the tracking number that you can use to find out the delivery status on the logistics company's website.

Payment Information

When shopping on our website, you can pay for your orders by two methods of payment:

- By credit card: several types of cards are accepted (VISA, Mastercard, American Express)

- By PAYPAL: for people who have a PAYPAL account, orders on our website can be paid for by this means of payment.

Payments are made via the secure servers of our partners, STIPE and PAYPAL, secure payment operators. This implies that no personal banking information passes through the site. Payment by credit card and PYAPAL account are therefore completely secure.

How to offer LHOV products?

Each order is prepared with the utmost care. Your products can be presented in an elegant LHOV gift box. Finally, the invoice is sent only to the billing address and attached to the email confirming the dispatch of the order.

Orders and returns

Click on a product photo or name of the desired product to see more detailed information. To place an order, click on the "add to cart" icon.

By going to your cart, you can choose the quantity of each product to order. Then validate the order to be redirected to the account creation page or connection to an already existing account. You can then fill in the form with the required data and then fill in your delivery address. At the end of the procedure please choose the desired method of payment. Once the payment has been confirmed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order with the delivery details.

Up to the "validate payment " step, you can modify your order by clicking on the back arrow at the top left of the screen or by clicking on "Modify my cart". You will then be redirected to your cart where you can modify the content of your order.

Once your order has been placed, it is impossible for us to cancel or modify it. In fact, the products are prepared quickly in order to guarantee the shortest delivery times. In the event of an error, we invite you to apply your legal withdrawal period upon receipt of your order and return it to us within 14 days for refund.
